Meet the Facilitator: Tally Kerr

Tally has been practicing yoga for 13 years after starting with Yoga With Adriene videos in the comfort of her bedroom. She now has over 350 hours of yoga and mindfulness qualifications and 6 years teaching experience under her belt. Her approach to yoga is centred around on self kindness and not taking yourself too seriously.

Meet the Musician: Isla

Isla is a Glasgow-based harpist and singer with over 10 years of performing experience. A recent graduate from RCS, Isla’s broad expertise spans folk song arrangement, operatic singing and contemporary classical playing; and her love of improvisation has led to numerous collaborations incorporating live electronics and dance. Isla is a member of the cross-genre group, Mother Tongues, flute and harp duo, Comet, and traditional song duo, Bluebells & Heather. Whether she is singing on stage, playing in an orchestra, or improvising around folk tunes, Isla is driven by her passion for connecting people through music.
