At The Wee Retreat Southside, we host a range of classes, workshops and events led by independent teachers and facilitators. We aim to make booking simple, transparent and supportive for everyone who uses our space.
How Bookings Work
All bookings are made through our online system.
Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
Each class or event is delivered by an independent teacher, and their individual booking and cancellation policy will be shown clearly on the registration page before you complete your booking.
By booking into a class, you agree to the teacher’s specific policy for that session.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because each teacher manages their own offerings, cancellation windows and refund options may vary. Please check the policy displayed on the class registration page before booking.
Cancellations must be made directly through your booking confirmation email, or by logging into your account.
Refunds, credits or transfers are handled according to the teacher’s stated policy.
If a teacher needs to cancel a class, you will be contacted and offered a refund or transfer.
Block Bookings & Courses
Some teachers offer multi‑week blocks or courses. Details about missed sessions, transfers or expiry dates will be included in the teacher’s own policy for that offering.
Late Arrivals
To maintain a calm and safe environment, teachers may not be able to admit late arrivals once a class has started. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Health & Wellbeing
Please let your teacher know about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy before class.
You are responsible for working within your own limits and listening to your body.
If you are unwell, please stay home to protect the wellbeing of others.
